Genshin 5.2 maintenance will begin at 06:00 AM (UTC + 8) on November 20, 2024. The maintenance break will be 5 hours long and players will be compensated with 300 Primogems, which is 60 Primogems per hour the server is down.
Like always, the compensation will increase if the Genshin Impact maintenance time increases. The compensation Primogems will be sent via the in-game mailbox within 5 hours after the Maintenance is finished. The compensation is only available for players who have reached Adventure Rank 5 and above before the start of the Genshin Impact 5.2 Maintenance. After the Maintenance is over, players can start pulling from the Genshin Impact 5.2 banners, which feature Chasca and Ororon in the first phase.
