Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 1 is nearing its end, bringing the Hollywood-themed saga of the Golden Coast island to a conclusion. After the introduction of a brand new map, loot pool, and a restored interest in the storyline, Chapter 7 Season 1 has established a great foundation. Now, Epic Games is slowly building up to Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 2.

While most information about Chapter 7 Season 2 is still being kept under wraps, Epic Games, along with Fortnite devs, have been dropping hints about what players can expect from the new Fortnite season. Norse Mythology Theme

The most prominent theory about Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 2 is that it will venture into the world of Norse Mythology, possibly introducing Norse gods like Odin, Thor, and Heimdall into the game’s expansive storyline. Epic has already featured the Greek gods in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2, and if this leak proves to be true, Epic would add another pantheon to its catalogue of mythologies.

These leaks were only further propagated by a recent cryptic Fortnite teaser by design director Ted Timmins. The teaser was just one word: Bearer. While this could mean many things, there is a high chance that bearer might be referencing Yggdrasil, the world tree that bears the nine realms in Norse mythology.

The Return of The Seven

The Seven are finally an active part of the Fortnite storyline again, with The Order and The Visitor (Reality Unknown) already being on the Chapter 7 Season 1 map. According to a recent Fortnite Seven live event teaser, a big part of Chapter 7 Season 2 will be the search for The Foundation, the leader of The Seven. This suggests that The Seven will stick around for a while in Chapter 7 Season 2, possibly even expanding their search and looking for members like The Imagined and The Paradigm.

Looney Tunes

The Chapter 7 Season 2 leaks also hint at the Fortnite Looney Tunes collab, which was first leaked a while ago, will finally come to fruition. According to leaks, Epic will be bringing Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, and Lola Bunny to the Battle Royale island. However, as of now, it is not known whether these skins will be featured in the Battle Pass or in the Fortnite Item Shop. For now, the latter looks more likely since the next season is themed around Norse Mythology, and the Looney Tunes would look out of place next to characters like Thor.

Kingdom Hearts

Leaks also point towards a Kingdom Hearts Fortnite collab making its way to Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 2. The crossover has been highly anticipated for a while now, and Epic Games seems to be in the final stages of deciding on the designs for this collaboration. Players can expect to see characters like Sora and his trusty Keyblade making an appearance in the Fortnite Item Shop, along with other characters from the beloved Square Enix franchise.

The Ice King’s Return

Epic seems to be feeding storyline fans well this Chapter, as another theory around Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 2 suggests that the Ice King from Chapter 1 will also be rejoining the storyline. This is because the character can be seen fighting against members of The Seven alongside the Dark Voyager in the Fortnite Love and Legends trailer, hinting at an alliance between the two.

Furthermore, the recent Fortnite OG Ice King event featured a remixed look for the character, hinting at him receiving a brand new skin while wreaking havoc on the Chapter 7 map.
