How to Complete Waking the Grid Quest in Arc Raiders
Waking the Grid is certainly a longer quest than the usual ones in the Arc Raiders Flashpoint update. However, you can complete it in a single raid if you can survive against hostile raiders and ARC enemies. All you need to do is interact with three different security devices across the Spaceport map: the Guard Tower, the Departure Building, and the Arrival Building.
Although Shani gave up a heads-up to take some batteries, we didn’t find any use case scenario for the batteries. Pack enough Adrenaline Shots, Shield Rechargers, and Bandages as you will be taking a round trip across Spaceport, depending on your spawn location. Make sure to have a basic weapon just in case to clear any ARC enemies or raiders blocking your way.
That said, here is how to complete Shani’s Waking the Grid quest in Arc Raiders:
1. Activate the Security Sensors in a Guard Tower
Wherever you get spawned, place your marker on the exact spot we marked on our map and travel to the Guard Tower. Turrets guard the tower, so clear the ARC enemy and make your way up to the tower. On your left, you can see a control panel for security sensors. Interact with it by pressing E and activate the security sensors. This marks the completion of the first objective of the Arc Raiders Waking the Grid quest.
2. Bring the Control Center Online in the Departure Building
Then you need to travel to the nearby Departure Building from the Guard Tower. Head to the room located in the middle of the Departure building, and you can see a dusty computer. Interact with the computers and bring the security grid online to progress in Arc Raiders Waking the Grid quest.
3. Cut the Wires in the Arrival Building
Up next, you have to make your way to the Arrival Building, precisely the bottom left corner of the building. Keep your eyes peeled, as many ARC enemies actively guard this building, including Shredder. Once you enter the building, go to the Data Office located on the right side of the entrance. You need to breach a door to enter the Data Office.
Once you have entered, close the door behind you and rush to the set of computers glowing near you. Cut the Wires as Shani ordered, and the security grid will be back online. Finally, the Arc Raiders Waking the Grid quest is now complete, and there are some useful rewards for it.

Unlike the Clamoring for Attention quest, which gave subpar rewards, the rewards for completing the Arc Raiders Waking the Grid quest are handy. Here are the items Shani will present to you once you come back to Speranza after completing her new quest:
