Last Movie Appearance of Nick Fury
The last appearance of Nick Fury was witnessed in Tom Holland’s Spiderman: Far From Home. There we saw Mysterio, played by Jake Gyllenhaal, manipulate Peter into handing him over the E.D.I.T.H. glasses. Thus, granting him control of all the Stark tech. This was the last movie where Nick Fury appeared but the thing is, he wasn’t really Nick Fury.

Nick Fury’s Return to Secret Invasion
In the first episode of Secret Invasion, when the radical Skrulls started causing harm to people and became a serious threat, Agent Maria Hill calls upon Nick Fury to handle the situation. When Fury returns from S.A.B.E.R. we get to learn a lot about where he has been all along.
We already know that he was turned to dust in Avengers: Infinity War and was bought back after the events of Avengers: Endgame by Hulk’s snap. However, it appears that Nick Fury once again left Earth after returning and settled down on the S.A.B.E.R. space station, without telling anyone. As revealed in the first episode of Secret Invasion, he did this to cope with the trauma he suffered. Nick Fury didn’t want to be seen suffering by anyone and didn’t want to project his trauma on anything, especially his work.
As far as we can predict, after the events of the Secret Invasion, Fury will once again go back to the S.A.B.E.R. battle station since the upcoming Captain Marvel movie, The Marvels, appear to be happening after the events of Secret Invasion and takes place almost entirely in space. In the trailer itself, we see Nick Fury in the S.A.B.E.R. space station which kind of confirms our speculation.
