What Is the Point of No Return in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2

In Short
  • In Kingdom Come Deliverance 2, there are two Points of No Return, one in Trosky and the other in the Kuttenberg region.
  • The first Point of No Return occurs before starting the For Victory! quest in the Trosky region.
  • While in the Kuttenberg region, before the Oratores quest begins, the Point of No Return happens.

Just like many RPG games, Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 is no exception to the concept of the Point of No Return. It is a moment in the story where you make a choice or trigger an event that locks you out from returning to the previous areas. To avoid being trapped away from numerous important side quests, you must know about these points early. Want to know where it is? Keep reading to understand what is the Point of No Return in KCD 2.

Kingdom Come Deliverance 2: Point of No Return

In Kingdom Come Deliverance 2, two regions have the Point of No Return: Trosky and Kuttenberg. In the Trotsky region, the point arrives before you commence the For Victory! quest. This quest begins way earlier than the end part of the game. So, make sure you complete all available side quests or necessary tasks before starting this mission.

The second Point of No Return in KCD 2 is when you are in the Kuttenberg region. Here, the point arrives during the Oratores quest. However, it does not appear right away. You must continue through the missions till a certain part arrives—especially the fifth act.

In the fifth act of this quest, you will return to the Ruthard Palace with Zizka and the others. This is when the game locks you away from the previous region and side quests. Do not worry. You can decide if you want to continue or stay back for the side quests.

Remember, there is no going back once you choose the option to continue in these missions. While it is fine for the players who want to complete the story, a completionist will miss out on many side missions. This will directly fail all the important side quests you can do while being in a region. That is why I suggest you clear all regional tasks before continuing through these points.

That is everything you must know about the point of no return in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2. Have any doubts? Ask us away in the comments below.
