Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 The Lion’s Crest DLC Quest Guide

The Lion’s Crest DLC quest is one of the first side quests you will get after finishing the tutorial mission in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2. However, you must have access to the DLC to play this quest. The quest is quite tricky, featuring a riddle and four treasure maps. Note: You will need a Spade for this quest. If you don’t have one, you can get one at the Cemetery, or buy one from the trader at Troskowitz.

The Lion’s Crest Quest Part 1: Speak with Troskowitz Scribe

After you get the Wedding Crashers quest in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2, you will also get the Lion’s Crest DLC quest marked on the map. However, that will only be if you have the expansion. First, you will have to go and speak with the Scribe at Troskowitz to get a riddle for the quest, which will take you to the first piece of Bruswick’s armor. Follow the steps below to do:

• Head to Troskowitz and speak with Scribe Gaibl.
• Select the ‘Do you know where to get armor?‘ option to start the Lion’s Crest quest. The scribe will give you a riddle and a sketch of Brunswick’s Poleaxe, which you can craft at the anvil.

The Lion’s Crest Quest Part 2: Solve the Riddle

After you get the riddle, you will need to solve it to find the first piece of Brunswick’s armor and more maps for the other pieces. Here is the riddle and its meaning:

• Take leave of crone and maiden: Head north from the two towers of Trosky Castle.
• Pass through the hall of forest kings: From the shrine at the crossroads, head further north into the forest.
• Standing tall, two guards of stone: Head into the forest until you reach a rocky hill section. Here, you will see a gap between two rocks.
• A place to give one’s heart to God: Between the rocks, there will be a Cross placed on a rock. Here, you will find the treasure.

Get near the Cross and move it aside to find a digging spot. Use a spade to dig the area to find the treasure. Here, you will find the following items:

• Brunswick’s Dagger
• Brunswick’s Gauntlets
• Fine Wine
• Fragments from the Bible
• 17 Groschen
• 2 Candle

The Lion’s Crest Quest Part 3: All Map Locations

After you have found the maps, you will need to find the actual locations on the maps. Here are all the Brunswick’s Armor locations from the maps.

Brunswick’s Armor Map 1 Location

North of Tachov, head to the location given in the image below to reach the first map location. Open the sack between the two trees to find the following items:

• Brunswick’s Chainmail Coif
• Brunswick’s Plate Leg Armour
• Brunswick’s Caparison
• 1 Beet
• 1 Leek
• 1 Turnip

Brunswick’s Armor Map 2 Location

West of Tachov near the Crosses in the Rocks point of interest, head to the location given in the image below to reach a small mill. Now, head northeast, past the latrine, and up the trail. Take a left on the trail and continue moving upward until you see a cross and a chest on top of a rock with a tree as a bridge to reach the second map location. Open the chest to find the following items:

• Brunswick’s Plate Sleeves
• 1 Savior Schnapps
• 3 Bandage

Brunswick’s Armor Map 3 Location

Find the third map location from the image below, North of Zhelejov Wagoners’ Inn near the Cross and Skeleton point of interest. Look for a skeleton under a tree and open the sacks beside it. Find the following items below:

• Brunswick’s brigadine
• 30 Apple
• 1 Fine Wine

Brunswick’s Armor Map 4 Location

West of Bozhena’s hut, find the fourth map location from the image given below at the Treasure Hunters’ Camp. Look for a Cairn with a cross and explore it to find the following items:

• Brunswick’s Bascinet
• Shrinking Die
• Worn Rosary
