The Boys Season 4 Episode 8 is now live and shows us that Homelander is going through with his plan to take over America. So, to make sure no one ever gets to ruin his image, he orders The Seven to kill off everyone in the Vought Tower who has some dirt on him, and in that list, Ashley’s name most certainly is at the top. However, she does something to herself that leaves us wondering what happened to Ashley by the end of The Boys Season 4 Episode 8 and in this article find out what we know about it so far.
Ashley Took Compound V in The Boys Season 4 Episode 8
Ashley Barrett injects herself with Compound V in The Boys Season 4 Episode 8 when she sees the supes in Vought Tower hunting down everyone who has dirt on Homelander. We see that as soon as she injects herself, all her hairs fall off and something starts happening to her skeletal structure which looks to be extremely painful for her.
Ashley Has Probably Become a Supe In The Boys Season 4 Finale
Since we did not see her die in Episode 8, it’s safe to assume that she has become a supe. We only got to see her transformation so we do not know what her powers will be. However, I’m almost certain that Ashley is going to play a major role in The Boys Season 5. My speculation is that Ashley at some point will team up with the now-superpowered Butcher and help him execute his plan to kill all supes. So, let’s wait and see where her arc goes, and till then stay tuned with us for further updates!
