How to Catch Moltres in Pokemon GO
Catching Dynamax Moltres requires a lot of strategy and, of course, good Pokemon! First, use Golden Razz Berries to maximize your catch chances. The catch CP range will be between 1896 and 1980 at level 20, with weather-boosted encounters having higher CP values. For the best results, wait for Moltres to finish its attack animation, then time your throw when the catch circle is at its smallest for an “Excellent” throw bonus.
To maximize your chances, practice curve ball throws, which provide a significant catch bonus. If you’re having trouble, try setting the circle size by holding the ball until the circle reaches your desired size, then wait for Moltres to attack. Release the ball near the end of its attack animation to ensure your throw lands when the circle reappears.
