How to Tame Happy Ghast in Minecraft
As of now, the happy ghasts can not be tamed in the traditional sense in Minecraft. While Minecraft Live 2025 introduced these mobs and how they worked, no information was given on how they can be bred. However, that doesn’t mean you can’t get your hands on some of these cute creatures.
Taming a happy ghast in a way involves getting your hands on a dried ghast block or crafting it using 8 ghast tears and a soul sand block. Now, you can waterlog this block for 20 minutes till it turns into a ghastling, which is another ghast variant in Minecraft. You can now feed these ghastlings snowballs in Minecraft, and in another 20 minutes, you have yourself a happy ghast! You can follow our linked guides above for the entire process.
