How to Install macOS Sequoia Developer Beta

At WWDC 2024, Apple added a new and the latest member to the macOS versions list. Download and Install macOS 15 Sequoia Developer Beta

Before you plan to install macOS 15 Sequoia Developer Beta on your MacBook, we recommend installing the most recent version of macOS Sonoma on your device. Also, it’s a great idea to take a complete backup of your Mac before downloading a beta update. Make sure you don’t skip this or else you could lose your important data.

Once you’re ready, you must enroll your Apple ID in Apple’s Developer’s program. When you do this, you’ll see the option to download the latest macOS beta in the System Settings app. Here are the step-by-step instructions to install macOS 15 Beta on your Mac devices:

• Head to the App Store and download the Apple Developers app (Get, Free).
• Now, open the Developers app. When prompted, click on the Continue button.
• Now, click on the “Account” button from the bottom left corner.
• Next, you have to Sign In with your Apple ID. You can sign in with the existing iCloud account or choose another Apple ID.
• Next up, click on the Enroll Now button under the Apple Developer Program.

• On the Program Membership Benefits page, click on Continue and follow the onscreen instructions.
• Once done, go to System Settings -> General -> Software Update to install macOS 15 Beta.
• Now, click the small “i” button next to the Beta updates option and select “macOS Sequoia Developer Beta” from the drop-down menu.

• Once the update is available, hit the Upgrade Now button, and the downloading will begin.

• Once the update is downloaded, click on the Install Now button and the macOS Sequoia Developer Beta will start installing on your Mac device.
