• Kuutar

Although it is not confirmed, the current speculation is that the Frost Moon has the power to control time, which aligns with the power of Istaroth, the Ruler of Time.

The speculation comes after players noticed that every Moonchanter of the Frostmoon Scions has had powers to see the future or the past. Other than that, we also see Columbina speaking with one of her sisters, and during the Il Dottore fight, Columbina was unaffected when the time was stopped. This might also be the reason why Columbina was able to show the Traveler their spaceship from the past. This gives a strong indication that the Frost Moon’s power is to control Teyvat’s time in Genshin Impact.
