However, his pride made him do all the wrong things. He created a life, then, after realizing the creature lacks intelligence, decides to kill it. Fortunately, the creature survived and, after wandering alone for months and then years, it set out to find its creator. Does Victor Die in Netflix’s Frankenstein?

Yes, Victor Frankenstein dies in the 2025 adaptation of the horror classic. He doesn’t die at the hands of the monster, though. Well, the way the creature followed his master and caused destruction led us to believe he would be the one to kill Victor. However, the film took a different route and left us all in tears.
The film begins with the Captain of a Danish naval fleet and his crew, who save Victor after seeing him lying injured on the ground. They take him inside and keep him in the Attic of the ship. He told Victor that he would give him numerous chances to kill what he had created, but if he failed, the creature would come back for him. However, in the final moments of Victor, the scientist showed the creature the love he had always craved. As said by the old man, who blessed him with wisdom, the creature forgives Victor and lets him rest in peace.
After his creator’s death, he goes outside, removes the hood, and stands facing the sun. Well, it means that he finally stops seeking death and accepts the life that he must explore till eternity.
