The NVO-228E was arguably the best Assault Rifle in the beta, and it’s certainly no slouch in the full build of Battlefield 6 either. Packed with a ton of raw firepower, the AR can decimate enemies across all ranges, but contending with its recoil can be quite tricky. To help you polish out the weapon’s kinks and enhance its stability, we’ve put together a guide on the best NVO-228E loadout in Battlefield 6.

  • Top Accessory: 5 MW Red
  • Muzzle: Single-Port Brake
  • Barrel: 409mm Fluted
  • Underbarrel: Classic Vertical
  • Scope: BF-2M 3.00x
  • Magazine: 30 rounds
  • Ammunition: Soft Point

Our recommendations for the best NVO-228E loadout in Battlefield 6 tame its vertical recoil while buffing its mobility, resulting in a pretty well-rounded weapon. Starting at the Top Accessory, we’ve opted for the 5 MW Red Laser, which buffs hip-fire accuracy while remaining hidden from the enemy. Next is the Single-Port Break for some significant recoil gains.

Moving onto the Barrel, the 409mm Fluted improves weapon handling by buffing ADS speeds as well as the ADS transition time. Pair it with the Classic Vertical Underbarrel to minimize recoil, making the AR far more usable for long-range engagement. Speaking of which, the BF-2M 3.00x is an excellent optic choice thanks to its magnification. Lastly, we recommend picking Soft Point rounds for added headshot damage.

Best NVO-228E Class Setup in Battlefield 6

If you’re primarily queuing up in the core Open Weapons playlist, then Engineer is easily the best Battlefield 6 class to pair the NVO-228E with. You’ll get access to a roster of devastating launchers via this class, which is worth the lack of weapon proficiency. Check out the full class setup below:

  • Class: Engineer
  • Secondary: P18
  • Gadget One: RPG-7V2
  • Gadget Two: AV Mine
  • Throwable: Frag
  • Melee: Combat Knife

If you want to blow things up with minimal delay, then the RPV-7V2 is the best option to pick in the first Gadgets slot. We’ve opted for the AV Mine thanks to its ease of use in the second slot, but feel free to experiment with other options.
