A new season of Arc Raiders trials is now live in the game. These new Arc Raiders trials, much like previous weeks, present players with a variety of challenges, including fighting specific ARC enemies or simply looting containers. Thus, if you are looking to complete every Arc Raiders trial this week, here’s everything you need to know to wrap up the first set of weekly trials in Season 5.

All Arc Raiders Season 5 Trials (July 6 – July 12)
As usual, there are 5 trials to complete in Arc Raiders Season 5. While there is no limitation on the number of matches you need to play, you must extract successfully for the trial progress to count.
If you fail to extract after completing a trial and die, any progress you’ve made in any one of the Trial quests will be reset to zero. That said, here are all the Arc Raiders Season 5 Trials for the first week:
- Open Containers (Spaceport)
- Damage ARC with Heavy Ammo
- Destroy Ticks, Pops, and Fireballs with Melee
- Damage ARC Enemies Using a Single Trailblazer
- Search Androids
These new Arc Raiders challenges went live on July 6 and will end on July 12, 2026. In the new Season 5 trials, you can no longer score 2x points by playing a map condition. And starting from this season, there will be no objectives that require you to play in a certain map condition (for example, Disarm Mines or Get Hit By Lightning).
Additionally, devs have added new fun objectives based on melee combat challenges, using specific gadgets and utilities or grenades to score points, and searching unique containers. That said, here’s how you can complete each of these weekly trials in season 5:
How to Open Containers for Arc Raiders Weekly Trials
You can peacefully complete the first trial of season 5 in Arc Raiders by simply opening containers. However, the main catch of this trial is that you are required to open containers only in the Spaceport map. So, set your destination to Spaceport and search every locker, cabinet, drawer, etc., inside all the buildings.
You need to open at least 25 containers in the Spaceport map to three-star this trial. As always, you must return to Speranza alive after searching containers during each raid. Otherwise, the points you earned for opening containers won’t count. So, make sure to extract safely every game to complete this trial quickly.
How to Damage ARC with Heavy Ammo for Arc Raiders Weekly Trials
This is one of the newest trials in season 5. Players are required to deal damage to ARC enemies only using ‘heavy ammo.’ Currently, Anvil, Bettina, or Ferro are the only three weapons in the game that utilize heavy ammo. Therefore, you can only equip these Arc Raiders weapons to inflict damage against the ARC threats and three-star this trial.
If you want to go minimal, you can grab a Ferro or Anvil, which are great options to hunt ARC enemies. Or if you are ready to risk it, then equip the recently buffed Bettina and shoot every ARC in your way to complete this trial.
How to Destroy Ticks, Pops, and Fireballs with Melee for Arc Raiders Weekly Trials
Even the best Arc Raider weapons won’t help you in completing this trial, as you have to destroy Ticks, Pops, and Fireballs only with melee attacks. In the previous season, players were tasked with only dealing melee damage to ARC threats. However, the devs have now made it mandatory to destroy the smaller ARC enemies such as Ticks, Pops, and Fireballs with your melee weapon.
Forget the weapons; bring more healing bandages and shield rechargers, as you will need healing items the most in your melee battle against ARCs. Don’t underestimate these ARCs; equip your Raider Tool, land a few hits, and be ready to dodge, as the pops will explode and fireballs will start breathing fire. If you survive every fight, then you will automatically complete the hardest trial of this week.
How to Damage ARC Enemies Using a Single Trailblazer for Arc Raiders Weekly Trials
We have another tough challenge this week; the devs have added an ARC-damaging mission involving the Trailblazer grenades. Select any map you like and look out for ARC enemies. You can battle the big ARCs, as I did.
For example, deal damage to the Bastion right outside the Panorama Azzurro hotel in Riven Tides. As you can use only a single Trailblazer grenade per raid, make sure to aim the target properly and deal as much damage as you can. Keep repeating this process until you can three-star this trial.
How to Search Androids for Arc Raiders Weekly Trials
The final trial of this week is to search the lifeless Androids in the game. In case you didn’t know, you can find many Androids on the Stella Montis map. Head to the Medical Research Facilities area, and you can spot several Androids lying on the ground. Just press E to search them, rinse and repeat to finish this trial.
