Yes, Arisu and Usagi get married in Alice in Borderland manga. However, this doesn’t occur in the main story, as the original narrative focuses significantly on the deadly games in Borderlands and concludes when the survivors arrive in the real world. Well, the second season of Alice in Borderland aligns closely with the events of the manga. However, considering the manga’s popularity, Haro Aso worked on a sequel, titled Alice in Borderland Retry. The manga was released several years after the main series’ conclusion, and it finally provided fans with the events they had been waiting for.
Retry reveals that even though Arisu and Usagi have lost the memories of the Borderlands, they find each other in the real world and fall in love all over again.
