In Agatha All Along, we see Agatha Harkness forming a new coven of witches after escaping Wanda’s spell with Goth Teen’s help. However, her story isn’t as straightforward as it seems. The Potions witch, Jennifer Kale, tells Teen to be aware of Agatha as she didn’t even spare her son for Darkhold. She hints that Goth Teen might be another sacrifice Agatha would make to regain her powers. Agatha’s son has been mentioned several times in the Marvel show, so let’s discuss what really happened to her son.
Is Agatha’s Son Dead?
Agatha All Along has given us four incredible episodes until now. Even though the series has mentioned Agatha’s son plenty of times, we haven’t gotten a glimpse of him. That’s because he is said to be dead. Initially, Jen talks about him and says that Agatha’s hunger for power is the reason for his demise. To be precise, Jen clearly says that Agatha traded her own son to acquire the damned book, Darkhold. However, nothing has been clarified yet, so we don’t know if the boy is dead or he is just missing.
Agatha All Along has started surprising us with the twists and turns, so we never know what the story has in store for us. Let’s not rush; instead, allow the series to take time and clear doubts regarding Agatha’s son.
Is Teen Agatha’s Son?
Some fans have wondered since Teen’s debut on the show that he is Agatha’s son. He was the one who cast a spell on the witch when she interrogated him for breaking into her house. That spell helped the witch regain her memories and come out of the spell cast on her by Wanda. The second trial of the Witches’ Road that saw Teen getting injured also showed that Agatha somewhere believed him to be her long-lost son. That’s because she wouldn’t shed tears for anyone, but she cried seeing Teen in that situation.
However, Rio Vidal seems to know her more than anyone else (well, that’s what the show reveals), and she clarifies to Agatha, ‘That boy isn’t yours.’ Although there’s no evidence that Rio isn’t lying, we do not have any other option than believing it for the time being. Apart from that, there is a high chance that Teen is Wanda’s son and not Agatha’s.
