Wuthering Waves Upcoming Banners

The upcoming characters for Wuthering Waves have been confirmed during the Version 3.3 livestream. Hiyuki is the new 5-star character to be featured alongside Morney and Iuno in Phase 1. In Phase 2, Denia will be featured as the new 5-star, with Phrolova and Chisa as returning characters. Below, you can find a list of all the details about the upcoming Wuthering Waves banners:

Wuthering Waves Standard Banners (Permanent)

Similar to Genshin Impact banners, Wuthering Waves also has a standard or permanent banner where players can wish for characters or weapons using Lustrous Tide. The character banner still gives a random 5-star permanent character within every 80 pulls, and a 4-star in 10 pulls, similar to the normal pity system. Meanwhile, the Weapon Permanent Convene has a targeted pity system, which guarantees your choice of weapon within 80 pulls.

On top of that, new players can get a guaranteed choice of a 5-star standard character in 80 pulls from the Beginners’ Choice Convene, and a random 5-star standard character within 50 pulls from the Novice Convene.
