As a People Manager at Beebom, your job will be to build future leaders known for their initiative, ethics, problem-solving skills, and receptiveness to feedback for further improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and create a culture of learning, curiosity, and boundary-pushing that encourages the team to think without limits
- Ensure every team member understands and is aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and values
- Develop and manage individualised growth plans for each team member, ensuring that they are on a path to achieve their full potential within the organisation

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in the Human Resources, people management, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employee development, and engagement
- Should have exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- A passion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Ability to adapt to change and drive innovation in HR practices
