The ideal candidate for this position should possess in-depth knowledge of hardware components, including processors, motherboards, memory, storage, and more. They should also be a passionate gamer with a strong understanding of different gaming platforms, genres, and the latest developments in the gaming industry. They should be able to combine their technical knowledge of hardware with their passion for gaming to create engaging and informative content for our readers on a wide range of gaming and hardware topics.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in an editorial position, specifically in Hardware and Gaming domain, with a preference for candidates with experience in writing long-form articles
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, able to craft content that is engaging and appealing to the target audience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread and edit content for accuracy and clarity
- In-depth knowledge of on-page SEO, including keyword research, meta tags, and interlinking
- Strong ability to communicate effectively and provide constructive feedback to other writers
- Experience working with web content management systems, particularly WordPress
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
