Despite being a competitive game, Valve is trying to cut off the stat trackers from Deadlock as it is in early development. Deadlock community, however, is being okay with this decision.

Deadlock lets you invite your friends in the game whether they are in the playtest or not. I have been a devoted Dota 2 players with over 10000 hours in the game while also having enough experience in the shooter genre. That led me to playtest Valve's secret game Deadlock which felt like an unique blend of MOBA and hero shooter. Deadlock is no longer a secret and is available for playtest on PC. Given Valve's history with consoles, it seems unlikely that Deadlock will be on PS5 and Xbox consoles.
