Just like major live service games, Pokemon Champions will also feature a Battle Pass system. The Battle Pass will give players plenty of free rewards, like new Pokemon, tickets, and more. You can also upgrade it to its Premium version using real money for some extra appealing in-game bonuses. Pokemon Champions Battle Pass Price

The standard tier of Battle Pass in Pokemon Champions will be available for free, and the Premium Battle Pass will be available for $9 in-game.

Pokemon Champions Battle Pass will refresh every season (31 days). This means the rewards and the items for that particular season can only be obtained throughout the duration of the pass. Once the season ends, a new Battle Pass will replace the old one with a new set of rewards. The Premium Battle Pass purchase doesn’t carry over, meaning your current Premium Battle Pass purchase will expire next season.

Nintendo Switch 1 and Switch 2 players will be able to participate in Battle Pass Season 1 after Pokemon Champions releases on April 8, 2026. However, Android and iOS players might have to miss a few seasons until the game releases for mobile devices later this year.

Pokemon Champions Battle Pass Season 1 Rewards

The Pokemon Champions Battle Pass will have plenty of rewards that can be unlocked by completing tasks and using Season Points (SP). The rewards will be divided into levels, and each level requires 150 SP. Once you progress through a level by collecting Season Points, you can unlock the next reward.

Among the free rewards, there will be premium rewards tied to the Premium Battle Pass. Some BP rewards can also be purchased from the Shop screen in exchange for Victory Points (VP). That said, here’s a list of all the Pokemon Champions Season 1 Battle Pass rewards:

How to Earn Season Points in Pokemon Champions

As of now, the only way to earn Season Points is by participating in Pokemon Champions Ranked Battles. Season Points will be awarded for both wins and losses, depending on how long or how close the match was. Similar to Battle Pass rewards, Season Points will be reset each season. So make sure to use all the SPs before the season ends.

Should You Buy Premium Battle Pass in Pokemon Champions?

Whether you should buy the Pokemon Champions Premium Battle Pass totally depends on your preference. If you are willing to invest some money in this game and enjoy it to the fullest while getting all the rewards, then definitely go for it.
