Connections Answer for February 3
Are you still stuck with the puzzle? In that case, the answers to today’s Connections are:
- COMMERCIAL ORGANIZATION – Agency, Company, Enterprise, Firm
- FARM FIXTURES – Coop, Pen, Stable, Sty
- CLASSIC DOG NAMES – Fluffy, Rex, Rover, Spot
- COLORS MINUS THEIR FIRST LETTERS – Ink, Lack, Old, Range
As I mentioned above, solving the NYT Connections puzzle today was quite a nice experience. I began my journey by getting through the Yellow category. Anyone who has worked in a commercial setting will recognize these off the bat.
While I haven’t really grown up on a farm, who here hasn’t heard of a chicken coop or a pig sty, right? Once I had that link, I got Pen and Stable, too, for the Green category. I then moved to the Blue category. With names like Fluffy and Rover being overused in Hollywood, this one was easy, too. And if I’m honest, I don’t like these dog names.
I finally had only four words left. I got them all together and solved the Purple category and the NYT Connections for February 3.
