The new software is available in India as v9.5.3.0.NEGMIFA, and can be flashed either via Recovery or fastboot. While the former comes with a download size of 1.4GB, the latter has weighs in at 2GB. MIUI 9.5 is a relatively substantial update over MIUI 9 and brings a plethora of new features, fixes and optimizations. Unfortunately, though, it is still based on Android Nougat, so we’ll likely have to wait for MIUI 10 to get a taste of Oreo from Xiaomi.
