Marvel Just Killed Its 7.2 IMDb Rated TV Show After Ending It With a Massive Cliffhanger

In Short
  • Brad Winderbaum has confirmed that Agatha All Along was more of a bridge and won't have any further seasons.
  • He addressed the attendees at NYCC 2025 and confirmed that WandaVision and Agatha All Along were made to set up the upcoming series Vision Quest, set to release in 2026.
  • As of now, we don't have a defined release date for Vision Quest.

Marvel Studios often puts out shows that kill it on the small screen, but for some reason, they shy away from giving the fans what they want: Another season. Moon Knight is a shining example of this, and right next to that list comes Agatha All Along. When this series aired, people didn’t really have a lot of faith in it, but as each episode passed, the fandom grew exponentially; however, now it is confirmed that Agatha All Along will not have another season, and here is all you should know about it.

Brad Winderbaum recently addressed the attendees at NYCC 2025, and while there were multiple interesting reveals, one came to us about the upcoming Vision Quest series set to release in 2026. During the reveal, Brad told the audience that the events of the upcoming series began with WandaVision (2020) and Agatha All Along (2023), and the events will conclude with Vision Quest.

The attendees were also shown footage from Vision Quest, which revealed the involvement of Henry Lewis as D.U.M.-E, Jonathan Sayer as U, James D’Arcy as J.A.R.V.I.S., Orla Brady as F.R.I.D.A.Y., and Emily Hampshire as E.D.I.T.H., all as humanoids. On top of that, James Spader is also confirmed to appear as Ultron.

In essence, Agatha All Along was more like a filler for something that would lead to the events of Vision Quest, and for all this time, there were no plans to revive the show.

This choice from Marvel might come as a bit unsavory to the fans because the series introduced us to Wiccan, Wanda’s Son, and fans expected to see more of him in the next season. In Marvel comics, Wiccan is a member of Young Avengers, so there is still a chance that we might see him in future Marvel projects if the entertainment giant decides to showcase the adventures of the young team.

Are you disappointed that there won’t be Agatha All Along Season 2?
