Ochaco Uraraka, also known as Uravity, gave it her all to have a conversation with Himiko Toga despite her running away all the time. When Froppy made the situation clear to her, Ochaco was stabbed in her stomach by Himiko, which caused her to spew out an excessive amount of blood.
Himiko didn’t stop there as she continued to stab Ochaco ruthlessly, pushing her to the verge of her death. Even after all of the harm Himiko had done, Uraraka never gave up on her and continued to reach out to her to have a conversation with her. During these events, on the brink of losing her life, Ochaco awakened her quirk, which led to everything floating without the need to ever touch it.
So yes, Himiko Toga was the person who pushed Ochaco to have a near-death experience but didn’t ultimately kill her.
Is Ochaco Dead or Alive in MHA?
As Ochaco was beginning to feel frigid, she was finally able to strike up a conversation with Himiko Toga. Himiko was finally able to open up her feelings and vent everything to Ochaco, her new friend. Ever since she got stabbed, Uravity continued to lose blood as she kept fighting for her life without getting the necessary care.
Though Ochaco managed to stop Himiko, she ended up in a fatal state due to extreme blood loss. So, this is when Toga decided to express her gratitude by transforming into Ochaco’s copy and giving Ochaco all of her blood to save her.
This is because Himiko’s quirk allows her not only to change her form but also transform her blood type respectively. As Himiko cradled Ochaco and transfused her blood, she gently started to depart from this world while thanking Ochaco.
In the end, Toga gave her life for Uravity and saved the life of a hero. Later on, Ochaco was able to recover, thanks to Toga and the medical attention she received after.
