How to Get an Exotic Golden Apple in Fortnite

The Golden Apple is an exotic consumable that is quite hard to find on the Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 3 island. To find one, you’ll need to search Produce Boxes in the game.

A Produce Box usually contains either of the two foraged items. This includes consumables such as Slurp Mushroom, Banana, Chilli, and other basic items. Don’t expect anything fancy, such as Quack Snacks.

However, Golden Apple, being an exotic consumable, can be quite hard to come across in every Produce Box. It’s pure RNG, just like Fortnite Sprites, which means you may find one, or you may not come across any Golden Apple at all in a Battle Royale match. The Golden Apple in the image above was found at the extraction site located south of Chopped Shop POI. You could try your luck there as well.

What Does The Exotic Golden Apple Do In Fortnite?

The Exotic Golden Apple in Fortnite heals you for 50 HP and grants you the Low Gravity effect for up to nine seconds when used. If you enjoy using the Air Sprite, you’ll love this. To use the item, equip and consume it as you would Shock Rocks. You can also throw it towards your teammate to share the item with them.

It takes a second to complete the animation, and you can stack up to three of them. It is a particularly useful consumable to have in your inventory. However, given the odds of finding it, banking on it is not the best idea. You should find other alternatives for healing.

If you need to get airtime, the Batman Sprite is a much better option in most instances, but Striker Sprite is also a decent choice. If nothing else, there are plenty of Launch Pads that you can make use of all over the island.
