Released just in time for Thanksgiving, the event is handing out an adorable Jeff the Shark costume alongside an insane amount of free Units. How to Get 1500 Free Units in Marvel Rivals
The first free reward in the Marvel Rivals Anniversary Event is a mouth-watering 1500 free Units. To claim it, all you need to do is log in to the game after November 27. Once that’s done, check out your mailbox to find the free currency, as well as a ‘Business Suit’ Jeff the Land Shark costume.
This by itself is enough premium currency to purchase one of the many tempting cosmetics in the in-game store, but you can actually earn a nice little bonus by completing a simple task.
How to Get Bonus 800 Free Units
To get an additional 800 free Units, you’ll need to complete the Rivals Assemble quest. Navigate to the event tab to find the rewards page, and follow these steps:
- Click on one of the plus icons on the left side of the screen.
- In the subsequent text box, input a friend’s crew code (found in the top left side of the same page).
- Now, invite them to follow you.
- Your friends will now have to complete a set of simple missions to help you earn Assemble Points.
- You can unlock free Unit rewards by gathering Assemble Points. A total of 2000 Points is required to collect all 800 free Units.
The missions themselves look pretty straightforward, involving tasks such as inviting up to five friends, inflicting damage in almost any game mode, and logging in for three days in a row. Check out the in-game mission list to keep track of the tasks.
