Base Ingredients:

• 1 Brewing stand
• At least 2 blaze powder
• 1 or more awkward potion(s)

• 1 Glowstone dust

Strength II Potion (The High Damage Variant)

Effect Duration: 1 minute 30 seconds

• Place and interact with the brewing stand.
• Refill the blaze powder fuel cell if the fuel is used up.
• Add regular strength potions (3:00) in the bottom cells in the middle.
• Place glowstone dust in the upper cell in the middle.
• After the brewing is completed, you’ll have the enhanced strength potion that lasts for only 1 minute and 30 seconds, but increases melee damage by 6 points.

Extended Strength Potion

Effect Duration: 8 minutes

• Place and interact with the brewing stand.
• If the block is out of fuel, you’ll have to add another blaze powder in the cell on the left.
• Add 1-3 regular strength potions (3:00) in the bottom cells in the middle. Again, it’s best to put three-strength potions for maximum efficiency.
• Place redstone dust in the upper cell in the middle.
• After the brewing is done, you’ll have an extended potion of strength that lasts for 8 minutes and still increases the melee damage by 3.

Note: It isn’t possible to enhance an extended potion nor extend an enhanced potion. These actions work only with the basic strength potion.

Splash Strength Potion I

Effect Duration: 3 minutes

• Place and interact with the brewing stand.
• Add regular strength potions (3:00) in the bottom cells in the middle.
• Place gunpowder in the upper cell in the middle.
• After the brewing is done, you’ll get splash potions of strength that last for 3 minutes and increase the melee damage by 3 points.
• You can extend (with redstone dust, to 8 minutes) or enhance (with glowstone dust, to melee damage increase of 6 points) this potion in the same way you do the regular strength potion.

Lingering Strength Potion I

Effect Duration: 45 seconds

• Place and interact with the brewing stand.
• Put 1-3 splash potions of strength (3:00) in the bottom cells in the middle.
• Add the dragon’s breath item in the upper cell in the middle.
• After the process is done, you’ll have lingering potions of strength that last for 45 seconds and increase the melee damage by 3 points.
• Just like with the splash potion, you may also extend (to 2 minutes) or enhance (to melee damage increase of 6 points, but lasts for 12 seconds only) this potion type.

Splash vs. Lingering: Which Should You Use?
