How to Get Marble Slab in LEGO Fortnite

LEGO Fortnite is full of different resources that help you upgrade your tools or build new structures in-game. While ingredients like wood or granite are abundant and easily available, you’ll need more resources to craft bigger chests or upgrade your village. One such resource is the marble slab. If you need this resource, follow the methods below to learn how to get marble slab in LEGO Fortnite.

Make Marble Slabs in LEGO Fortnite

Step 1: Find Marble in Caves

LEGO Fortnite has tons of tools to craft different resources out of raw materials. One of them is the Stone Breaker. You can use the Stone Breaker to refine marbles into marble slabs. But before you can build a Stone Breaker, you will need to find the caves around you in the game.

Once you find the caves, look for marbles inside them. Make sure you carry an uncommon pickaxe with you to break the marble stones and get them in your inventory.

Step 2: Build a Stone Breaker

After collecting all the marble from the caves, you will also need some knotroots in LEGO Fortnite to build the Stone Breaker. To build a Stone Breaker, you will need 20 knotroot and 35 marble.

• Once you have the required ingredients, click on the build button (Q on PC, Circle on PS, and B on Xbox).
• Then, select the orange machine with a big hole in the middle and place it on the ground. This is the Stone Breaker.

Note:

Remember that you’ll need a roof over your equipment, including the Stone Breaker, for them to function in the rain.

Step 3: Make Marble Slabs in-Game

Once you have built a Stone Breaker, you can refine the marble you collected from caves to make marble slabs. So, learn how to use the Stone Breaker in the steps below:

• First, walk up to the Stone Breaker and press the interact button (E on PC, Square on PS, X on Xbox).
• Now, select the marble slab recipe and click the interact button to assign it.
• Once the marble slab recipe is selected, click on quick deposit to input the ingredients. Press the + button (D-pad on consoles) to increase the amount of marble you want to use.
• Finally, after the processing is done, click the Take option (W on PC, Y on Xbox, and Triangle on PS4/5).

Note: Remember that one marble gives one marble slab, and you can only deposit a maximum of 30 marbles in one go.

Get Marble Slabs from Your Villagers

Your hands (and time) can get worn out from breaking marbles all day in the game. That is why you can always ask for help from companion villagers. They can help you refine marble and craft marble slabs.

However, you will have to build a stone breaker and crafting bench before you assign the villager a job. You must also unlock the marble slab recipe by finding marble in the caves. Once that is out of the way, you can assign villagers to the marble slab job in LEGO Fortnite.

Step 1: Assign a Refining Job to a Villager

To assign a villager to the job of making marble slabs, follow the steps below:

• Go to any of your recruited villagers and click the interact button (E on PC, Square on PS, X on Xbox).
• Now, select the Let’s talk jobs! option from the chat menu.
• After that, select the Help the village option.
• From the next prompt, select Resource Jobs.
• Finally, select Refine Stone! option to get your villager started on the job.

Step 2: Collect Marble Slabs

Once you ask a villager to work on refining stone, they will take some time to produce the required materials. It can take up to one in-game day, around 30 minutes in real-time. You can get more than 5 marble slabs from one villager.

To collect the marble slabs from the villagers, follow the steps below:

• Go to the same villager you assigned the refining job and click the interact button (E on PC, Square on PS, and X on Xbox).
• Now, select the How’s your job? option from the chat prompt.
• Finally, you will see the resources you can get from that villager. Here, select the Get Marble Slab option to receive the marble slabs in your inventory.
