The Honor 7C also runs Android 8.0 Oreo out-of-the-box with Huawei’s custom EMUI 8.0 skin on top. It also boasts of real-time audio monitoring through earbuds, a 3000mAh battery, dual Bluetooth support – enables the phone to connect with 2 devices simultaneously and more.

Honor has tied up with Reliance Jio to offer cashbacks and additional data to Jio subscribers who buy the new phones.

Beebom’s Take

With the Honor 7A and Honor 7C, the Huawei-owned company is taking yet another step into the ultra-competitive budget market of India. The company had previously launched the Honor 7X towards the end of last year but the Redmi 5 and Redmi Note 5 series seem to have trumped most phones in this segment.

But, with the launch of the Asus ZenFone Max Pro M1 and Oppo’s Realme 1, the sub-Rs 10,000 segment is seeing fresh churn – one that is squarely aimed at Xiaomi’s dominance. Honor could very well carry forward the sales momentum from last year and last quarter with these new phones.

So, which of these two budget Honor phones look more attractive to you? Tell us your thoughts in the comments down below.

The website of Honor shows the Honor 7A only has a single camera setup at rear. Please Check and confirm

    • Anmol Sachdeva says:

yes, that’s true. the website shows just a single rear-camera setup because Honor 7A comes in two variants. The 2GB variant has just a one camera while the 3GB variant has dual cameras. The company launched only the latter in India.
