The ‘For a Green Island’ quest is part of the Polka Beneath the Moon’s Oracle World quest of Hiisi Island in the Nod-Krai region. This quest will take players to the Thunderclap Reef and make them remove a force field to complete the stone pillar in the air. The quest is long and includes multiple tricky puzzles. How to Start the For a Green Island Quest in Genshin Impact

You can start the ‘For a Green Island’ quest by traveling to Thunderclap Reef in Hiisi Island in the new Nod-KRai region. Thunderclap Reef is a small island east of Frostmoon Enclave. Once you visit this place, you will find a force field protecting one of the stone pillars. Simply getting near the force field will start the quest for you.

Completing this quest is important if you want to finish the Polka Beneath the Moon’s Oracle World quest in Genshin Impact.

How to Complete the For a Green Island Quest in Genshin Impact

The For a Green Island quest is divided into multiple small sub-quests:

• Investigate Thunderclap Reef
• Throw the fragments at the stone
• Enter the cave and search for fragments
• Throw the fragments at the stone
• Talk to Verna
• Search for new fragments nearby
• Head to the top of Thunderclap Reef
• Defeat the Awakened Frostnight Scion
• Find the Kuuhenki to activate the Moon Mirror
• Retrieve the fragment from the Moon Mirror
• Throw the fragments at the stone

Investigate Thunderclap Reef

When the quest initially starts, players will be asked to investigate the area. Here, you will have to wander around the force field until you see a robot going to a cave nearby. Follow the robot and enter the cave. Inside, you will find Verna. Speak with her to continue.

Throw the Fragments at the Stone

Next, you will have to find the first fragment and throw it at the stone. Head to the marked area by going further into the cave to find a robot. This will automatically make you grab the fragment on the robot.

Now, go back to the marked location next to the cave opening and throw the fragment at the stone in the distance. You can throw the stone by pressing the ‘T’ key.

Enter the Cave and Search for Fragments

Now, you will have to go further into the cave to search for the second fragment. Here you will have to complete a small puzzle. The area will have some small robots and platforms that can be moved using the power of the Kuuvahki.

First, pull and push the platforms to make a path from one way to the other, without any gaps. Do it for all the platforms in the area. Now, walk up to the first robot you saw after entering this area and select the Move option.

The robots will start to move along the way you just created with the platforms. After reaching the very end, get near the robots and select the Combine option. Now, the robots will open the way forward. Inside the chamber, you will find the next fragment.

Throw the Fragments at the Stone

Carry the fragment and follow the robot to exit the area. Eventually, you will reach near the forcefield, where you will have to throw the fragment at the stone again. However, the force field won’t dissipate, and you will have to go back and speak with Verna. She will ask you to find new fragments nearby.

Search for New Fragments Nearby

Head to the next marked area, and a woman from Frostmoon Scion will appear behind a moon mirror. Although her name isn’t revealed yet, she is Lady Aily, and she appears in the Echoes of the Unfinished Path quest and The Mirrors, the Maze, and the Tsar quest, both of which are part of the main Polka Beneath the Moon’s Oracle World quest in Genshin Impact.

After speaking with Lady Aila, you will have to use the Moon lanes to get to the top of Thunderclap Reef. Here, Lady Aila will reappear once again, but this time she will ask you to defeat the Awakened Frostnight Scion.

Defeat the Awakened Frostnight Scion

Now, you will have to defeat the Awakened Frostnight Scion of the electro variant. This enemy can be difficult to defeat without the right team comps. You can use Lunar-Charged attacks to make it vulnerable and defeat it easily. Use Ineffa, Flins, or other Electro-charged team comps to defeat the Awakened Frostnight Scion.

Find the Kuuhenki to Activate the Moon Mirror

Now, you will have to find the three Kuuhenkis nearby and lead them back to the Moon Mirror. The general area of the three Kuuhenki would be marked, but they won’t return simply. Here is what you need to do:

• Kuuhenki 1: The first Kuuhenki can be found on the right side of the Moon Mirror. Simply getting near it is enough to send it back to the mirror.
• Kuuhenki 2: The second Kuuhenki can be found over the head of a Frostnight Scion. Use the jump circles nearby to reach it. Continue following the Kuuhenki in the air by gliding with it to lead it to the moon mirror.
• Kuuhenki 3: The third Kuuhenki will create an aurora path. Follow it to lead the Kuuhenki back to the moon mirror.

With all the Kuuhenkis present, the Moon Mirror will activate. Now, you will have to complete the Moon Mirror puzzle to obtain the fragment.

Retrieve the Fragment from the Moon Mirror

To complete the Moon Mirror puzzle, here is what you need to do. The mirror positions are named based on how you first enter them from the quest direction:

• First, pull the statue on the right mirror by using the red point. The statue will now move to the opposite mirror (the left mirror).
• Look at the left mirror and use the blue point to push the statue to the other end. Now, without changing positions, pull at the statue using the red point. This will make the statue appear in the back mirror.
• In the back mirror, look at the bottom red point of the platform and pull it. This will take the entire platform to the front mirror. Doing this will connect the statues, completing the puzzle.

Now two fragments will appear on the front mirror, inside the statues.

Throw the Fragments at the Stone

Pick up the fragments from the Moon Mirror one by one and throw them at the large Stone Pillar inside the force field. This will break the force field and make the Stone connect to the massive pillar in the air. Doing this will complete the quest.
