You can find this talisman at Raya Lucaria Academy specifically near the Debate Parlor site of Grace. The talisman is inside a chest, and you have to jump and run through the roof to get it.

To get the Graven-School talisman, you have to reach Raya Lucaria Academy and spawn at the Debate Parlor site of Grace. It once again requires you to explore the area, except this time you have to head west and hit an empty bookshelf to give way to a secret passage.
5. Primal Glintstone Blade
The Primal Glintstone Blade talisman addresses one major problem – FP consumption for sorceries and incantations. As you can guess now, this talisman reduces the FP cost by 25%. To get this talisman, you have to travel to Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree, an optional area you travel to if you are doing Millicent’s quest and want to kill Malenia. It is located on an altar inside a sealed room. You can find this room in the lower levels, and you’ll require a Stonesword key.
8. Cerulean Amber Medallion
While you might call it a medallion, the Cerulean Amber raises the maximum FP by 7%. This talisman has three variants available, with the +1 variant increasing FP by 9%, and the +2 variant increasing by 11% FP.
You can get the base talisman from Lakeside Crystal Cave in Liurnia of the Lake, by defeating the Bloodhound Knight. Similarly, you get the +1 variant at Castle Sol, on a corpse hanging from a wooden ledge near the Southern walls. And, the +2 variant is available at the Lunar Estate Ruins in Liurnia of the Lake, inside a chest in an underground room.
