BSNL has revised a host of data plans under the Rs. 100 mark to offer higher benefits to subscribers and has also regularized the Rs. 155 promotional data plan which is now available to all users without any availability deadline. The Rs. 155 data plan, which was launched back in June as a promotional offer, is now available as a regular recharge plan for all BSNL subscribers.
Starting with the most affordable data tariff, the data allowance of the Rs. 14 plan has been doubled, which now offers 1GB of data compared to the previous 500MB limit, and has a validity of a single day. Next up is the Rs. 40 data plan, which now offers 1GB of data with a higher validity of 5 days.
The Rs. 57 data plan succeeds the Rs. 56 data tariff but quadruples the data allowance. It now offers 1GB of data with a validity of 21 days, compared to the 250MB data limit of the Rs. 56 plan which is also valid for the same period. As for the new Rs. 68 voucher, it doubles the daily data allowance of the Rs. 57 plan to 2GB, however, it only comes with a validity of 5 days.
BSNL has also upgraded the data allowance of the Rs. 78 and Rs. 82 tariffs, which now offer 4GB of data with a validity of 3 days, compared to the data allowance of just 2GB prior to the voucher revision. And lastly, there is the Rs. 155 data plan, which was launched as a promotional offer, but has been regularized and is now available to all BSNL subscribers. As for the benefits, the Rs. 155 plan has a daily data limit of 2GB and comes with a validity of 17 days.
