Reach the Tunnels Below Spaceport
With the key secured, head outside and move to the east side of the Departure Building, near the Launch Towers entrance. You will find an opening in the ground that leads into the tunnels below Spaceport.
Drop down, turn around, and follow the path forward. Jump onto the ledge on the left and continue until you reach a Flushing Terminal. Use the Flushing Terminal Key to override the bypass protocol and complete The Stench of Corruption quest.
