While the devices themselves are unlocked and compatible with all the carriers in the country, the cashback is only being offered by Airtel, which means you have to be a subscriber to the company’s wireless services to be eligible for the offer. As part of the plan, buyers will get Rs. 2,000 of the cashback from Airtel over a period of 36 months.

A further Rs. 600 will be awarded as aggregate cashback (as Amazon Pay balance) on 24 recharges of Rs 169 through Amazon (each cashback will be worth Rs. 25 only). The Rs. 169 STV offers unlimited voice calls (STD + Local) and 1GB data per day for 28 days.

According to the terms and conditions of the offer, users will have to buy Airtel recharge vouchers worth Rs. 3,500 within the first 18 months of the purchase of the smartphone to claim the first Rs. 500 cashback, while another Rs. 3,500 worth of recharges over the next year and a half will get them the next cashback installment of Rs. 1,500, making the total cashback amount to Rs. 2,000.

Meanwhile, some of the smartphones on offer include – InFocus Turbo 5, Samsung On5 Pro, Redmi Y1 Lite, 10.or D, Lenovo K8 Note, LG Q6, Honor 7X, Mi Max 2, Moto G5S Plus, Samsung Galaxy On7 Prime, Coolpad Cool Play 6, Nubia Z17 Mini, OnePlus 5T, LG V30+, and more. The cheapest of the lot is the InFocus Turbo 5, which is listed at Rs. 5,999 on Amazon, but will have an ‘effective price’ of only Rs. 3,399 after all the cashback(s).
