Is There a Trailer For Cyclops in Marvel Rivals?

So far, NetEase has released only a story trailer for Cyclops. In that Marvel Rivals Season 8 trailer, Cyclops arrived in Nueva York and was storming outside the Alchemax HQ. Surrounded by lethal robotic enemies, Cyclops has to unleash his Optic Beam Blast to clear them out of their way. During this epic fight, Cyclops crosses paths with Moon Girl, Devil Dino‘s companion.

To save the little girl’s life, Cyclops goes mad and unleashes the maximum potential of his beams. However, the robocops arrest Cyclops and Moon Girl in the end, to our dismay. Thus, the story is set up for Devil Dinosaur to rescue the mutant and his best friend from the Alchemax HQ. Similar to other heroes who debuted in mid-season updates, we can expect Cyclops kits and abilities to be revealed in a separate trailer during season 8.5’s launch next month.

Marvel Rivals Cyclops Role and Gameplay Prediction

In line with all the heroes who debuted before, Cyclops will be unlocked right away once Marvel Rivals Season 8.5 kicks off on June 12, 2026, at 9 AM UTC. There is no need to grind to earn the Lattice, blue units, or Chrono Tokens to unlock Scott Summers, as opposed to how you are required to unlock a new Valorant agent. However, if you need the newest skin for Cyclops, you may have to purchase the battle pass or spend Lattice to get the Cyclops’ outfits.

Now, players believe that this is a strong hint from devs that Cyclops will be our next Strategist.
