When is the New Fortnite Season?

Fortnite Chapter 7 Mini Season releases on November 1, 2026, with the v43.00 update. Fortnite downtime begins at around 2 AM ET. You have until October 31, 2026, to visit the Pirate Chest in Fortnite to listen to voicelines that provide lore for the Mini Season.

With Fortnite Chapter 7 Mini Season’s theme revolving around “Treasure Hunters,” expect a lot of collaborations with franchises related to pirates. The Fortnite One Piece collab is the largest to be officially announced to date, with many more lined up.

We are also getting a Fortnite collab with A$AP Rocky, and in the teaser we caught a glimpse of the Marigold, which is likely returning with the Chapter 7 Mini Season. The Fortnite Lil Vert Uzi collab has also been confirmed.

In terms of lore, we’re not sure what happens next, but we do know from Geno Story Quest in Fortnite that he could be present in Chapter 7 Mini Season. Geno’s dominion over all realities is absolute, and he’ll likely be hindering Jones and Hope’s progress to save reality.

Sprites are being removed in Fortnite Chapter 8, which means you have until the end of Chapter 7 Mini Season to collect as many as you can. You can visit them in your Sprite Garden in Fortnite, even after they are vaulted in Battle Royale.

Lastly, we know that Fortnite Admin Lobby Hack Codes are being removed as well. You have until October 31, 2026, to redeem any that are left to claim the rewards. The same goes for Fortnitemares 2026 Quests, which, when completed, grant you the Jack-A-Nape Outfit for free.
