The new suit, the new vibe, multiple characters coming to the screen, the movie feels like every Spider-Man fan’s dream come true so far. However, while filming for this movie was in full swing, an unfortunate event occurred on the set of Brand New Day. It has been reported that Tom Holland had a serious accident during the filming of Spider-Man: Brand New Day, which led to his immediate hospitalization, and here is everything you should know about it.

It has come to light that while filming a stunt for Spider-Man: Brand New Day, Tom Holland had an accidental fall and cracked his head. As reported by The Sunalong with Holland, a stunt double also got injured and both of them were rushed to the hospital. Holland is undergoing treatment for a concussion and will be out of commission for a decent amount of time as we collectively hope for his and his stunt double’s speedy recovery.

According to reports, the shoot for Spider-Man: Brand New Day was cancelled on September 19, 2025, until further notice, while the information about Holland’s accident was being kept under wraps.

Tom Holland’s father, Dominic, confirmed that his son would be out of commission for a while, considering the seriousness of the injury. This also means that the movie might face a potential delay and could see a shift in its release date.
