1. Jason Sudeikis as Ted Lasso

Hailing from Kansas, Ted Lasso is a soccer coach who was hired by Rebecca Welton to train the struggling English Premier League team, AFC Richmond. Instead of forcing the team to follow traditional football strategies, Lasso focused on mental health and teamwork. He believed that everything is possible if you let go of your traumatic past. Welton brought in Lasson to fulfill her selfish desires, but as the story progressed, the coach’s positive attitude began to shape the club’s culture. In Season 3, he resigned from his position to return to his son in Kansas. However, according to the official synopsis, Ted will come back in Season 4, but this time he has to manage the newly formed AFC Richmond’s women’s team.
Jason Sudeikis is an award-winning actor and comedian who has worked in several projects, including It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, The Last Man on Earth, The Angry Birds Movie, and more. However, Ted Lasso gave him his breakout role, and he ended up bagging four Primetime Emmy Awards and two Golden Globes.
2. Hannah Waddingham as Rebecca Welton
Rebecca Wilton is the sharp-witted and glamorous owner of AFC Richmond, the soccer team she inherited after her separation from her husband, Rupert Mannion. Initially, she wanted to sabotage the team, which is why she hired Ted Lasso to manage it. However, she had a change of heart, witnessing Lasso’s warmth and positive demeanor. Besides Lasso, every member of AFC Richmond played a significant role in bringing out her softer and vulnerable side, leaving behind the icy exterior.
Hannah Waddingham, one of the leading Ted Lasso cast members, is again an award-winning actress who has blessed the industry with a plethora of amazing projects, including The Fall Guy and Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning. The role of Rebecca Welton in Ted Lasso earned her a Primetime Emmy Award for Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series.
3. Juno Temple as Keeley Jones
Keeley Jones is one of the regular characters of Ted Lasso. She initially appeared as a confident former model and influencer, who later transitioned into a PR consultant and ultimately opened her own firm. She was previously involved in romantic relationships with Jamie Tartt and Roy Kent. She has always been a woman with an entrepreneurial spirit, so it’s no wonder she paved her own way in the PR business.
Juno Temple is a 36-year-old actress who has worked in some of the most celebrated projects, including The Dark Knight Rises and Venom: The Last Dance.
4. Brett Goldstein as Roy Kent
Roy Kent is said to be one of the best players of AFC Richmond, so no doubt, after Ted decided to part ways with the team, he was promoted as the new manager of the soccer team. He has always been passionate about the game, and his aggressive playing technique sheds light on the same. Initially, he was a loner, but after meeting Ted, he transformed into an open leader. Now, it would be intriguing to see if he could follow in Lasso’s footsteps and support his team.
Some of the films and television series he has appeared in include Thor: Love and Thunder, SuperBob, and Doctor Who. He received a Primetime Award for Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series category for Ted Lasso.
5. Brendan Hunt as Coach Beard
Coach Beard followed Ted from his hometown to coach the struggling soccer team despite having limited knowledge about the sport. His witty lines and his being the right-hand man for our protagonist make him one of the significant Ted Lasso cast members. Moreover, Chess Beard’s mysterious personal life, particularly his complex relationship with Jane, is intricately tied to the emotional core of his story arc.
Besides playing a role in Ted Lasso, Brendan Hunt also serves as the co-writer of the series. He is well known for his roles in Horrible Bosses 2, Bless This Mess, and Dog with a Blog.
6. Jeremy Swift as Leslie Higgins
Leslie Higgins was introduced to us as the timid Director of Communications of AFC Richmond. However, over time, he evolves into one of the most confident characters in the series, ultimately becoming an emotional anchor for the club members.
Jeremy Swift is a British actor who is popularly known for Wanderlust, The Royal Bodyguard, and more.
That’s all for the regular cast that will make a comeback in Ted Lasso Season 4. Now, here we have also mentioned the new cast members joining Ted Lasso Season 4.
