If we are talking only about the original series, then no, there is no other player, as Jinwoo is the sole player in Solo Leveling. At first, Jinwoo was a low-rank hunter who couldn’t handle even the low-rank monsters during the dungeon raids. So, no one had any hopes for him.

However, one day, during the double dungeon raid, when most of the hunters lost their lives because of their stubbornness, Jinwoo handled the deadly situation till the end.

He also didn’t think twice before sacrificing himself for the sake of Johee and the surviving hunters of his troop. As a reward, Sung Jinwoo was blessed with a second chance to live by the Architect, who chose him as the player of the program he created.

When Monarchs started assaulting the human world, the Rulers took possession of some humans, who were recognized as hunters after undergoing the awakening. So, Ashborn decided to follow them to Earth, but he needed a human vessel. Furthermore, any random human couldn’t handle the powers of Shadow Monarch.

Ashborn knew that only a unique human could bear these demonic powers. So, when a mage named Kandiaru offered the Shadow Monarch his help in exchange for Immortality, Ashborn agreed to it.

Kandiaru designed a program to help Ashborn find a worthy vessel, and Jinwoo eventually caught his eye. Jinwoo becomes a player in the real world and trains harder to achieve the level that could earn him the respect he previously lacked.

Even though Jinwoo was the original Solo Leveling series player, he had no use for it once he became the Shadow Monarch. However, Jinwoo finds another user for the System in the sequel series. He decided to utilize the System to make his son strong enough to deal with any threat in his absence. Since Suho gets access to the System, he is the second Player after Jinwoo in the Solo Levling system.

Sung Suho’s inherited powers were sealed by Jinwoo when he was a toddler. So, Suho never knew about his powers and abilities until Jinwoo sent Beru to him. Beru made him recall the powers he had when he was born. However, after remembering his abilities, Suho also gets access to the revised version of the System. This time, the program was modified explicitly for Suho, and it trained him even faster than his father.

Like Jinwoo, Suho receives abilities like Shadow Extraction, Preservation, Ruler’s Authority, and more. Besides that, he also grows in power and stamina, becoming powerful enough to beat the strongest hunters of humankind.
