Portronics has increased its product portfolio in India by launching the new Harmonics 208 stereo wireless earphones. The device is available in three vibrant colors – Black, Blue & Red – and comes with a price-tag of Rs. 2999. It is available at both online and offline stores with immediate effect.
The company had earlier launched a number earphones as part of its Harmonics series, including the Harmonics 204, 206 and more.
According to Portronics, the Harmonics 208 has a decent bass and mid-frequency response, and comes with a number of innovative features that will provide an ‘incredible audio experience’ at all times.
The device comes with a 200mAh battery that Portronics says will take only 2-hours to charge fully. It uses power-efficient Bluetooth 4.1 BLE low energy to ensure longer battery-life and according to the company, will provide 12-14 hours of continuous usage and 430 hours of standby time on a single charge. The company claims that it’s the best playtime available for wireless headphones in this category.
Harmonics 208 comes with an inline microphone, and can be used for making and receiving phone calls from any Bluetooth-enabled smartphone and for listening to high-quality stereo music from paired mobile phones. It also features strong magnetic speakers with Acoustic Echo Reduction technology that ensures enhanced noise cancellation by reducing the background sounds during phone calls and music playback.
Last, but definitely not the least, the Harmonics 208 earphones are capable of connecting with a maximum of two devices simultaneously, and can seamlessly and swiftly switch between calls and music. Portronics claims that it can be paired with devices within just 0.3 second and works for a range of up to 10 meters (around 33 feet).
