Pokemon TCG Pocket Suicuine EX and Greninja EX Deck Strategy
The Suicune EX and Greninja EX deck focuses on utilising Suicune in the earlier turns, while setting up Non-EX Greninja and Greninja EX. Giratina can be used as a backup damage dealer during the endgame.
Try to have Suicune in the active spot during Turn 1, so that you can draw cards using its ability. You can even use the Professor’s Research and Poke Ball to draw cards. While you play Suicune EX in the active spot, try and draw Froakie and evolve it into Non-EX Greninja or Greninja EX using Rare Candy cards.
You can use Non-EX Greninja’s ability to chip down the health of the opponent’s benched Pokemon slowly. With 2 Non-EX Greninja, you can deal up to 40 Damage per turn easily. On top of that, you can stack energy on Suicuine EX, and deal up to 80 Damage when your bench slots are filled. You can even use one Non-EX Greninja and one Greninja EX, as well. This combo works best with the Cyrus card, as you get to bring your opponent’s damaged bench Pokemon in the active spot and deal that final blow.
Meanwhile, you can even set up your Giratina EX if you have one. It can be very handy in the late game. Use Irida to heal your Pokemon in the active spot. Lastly, use your Giant Cape on your key Pokemon, to get more HP.
The Mega Evolution decks like Mega Venusaur EX, Mega Altaria EX, and Mega Gyarados EX can be difficult to deal with if the opponent manages to set up before you. Fire-type decks are weak to Suicune EX and Greninja EX, but the ones that use Mega Charizard Y EX can be problematic, as it one-shots every card in the game.
That’s everything about the Suicune EX and Greninja EX deck. Feel free to share your experience about this deck in the comments below.
