You can get flair in Pokemon TCG Pocket once you have enough Shinedust and more than two copies of the card. You can check the card from the ‘My Cards’ option, and click on the Obtain Items, to check if you have enough resources to get the flair for the card. You can even purchase a flair multiple times.

How to Equip a Flair
You can equip a flair when making Pokemon TCG Pocket decks. As you create a deck, follow the steps we have given below to add flair to your cards:
- Go to ‘My Cards’ and select ‘Decks.’
- Once done, you can create a new deck or edit a previous one.
- Click on the edit option of the deck.
