Thankfully, it’s simple knowing how to use it. You use one of your fingers and hold either the berry icon or the Pokeball icon, and use another to throw the Pokeball. 3. Use Berries During Encounters

They increase the catch candy output, improve your catching chances, etc. So, when you encounter a Wingull during your adventures, use a Razz Berry on them. This improves your chances of catching the Pokemon immediately, without letting it escape.

4. Stock up on Poke Balls
