Peaky Blinders is one of the most beloved shows to come out. This show alone is responsible for the breakout of multiple actors with its insane storyline and impeccable performance put out by the actors. Peaky Blinders ran for six seasons and after its conclusion, nobody thought that they would ever get to see Cillian Murphy back in action as Thomas Shelby. However, as it turns out, a Peaky Blinders movie is in the works that will bring back some of the characters from the TV show. Here is the Peaky Blinders movie cast, including all confirmed and rumored characters.

1. Cillian Murphy as Thomas Shelby

Cillian Murphy took up the role of Thomas Shelby for the first time in 2013 and with the first season itself, the show became a massive success. Cillian was a well-established actor even before Peaky Blinders, and after this, his fame rose to new heights. Cillian appeared in Peaky Blinders for six seasons straight, and just when we thought we would not get to see him again as Shelby, his appearance in the Peaky Blinders movie was announced.

2. Sophie Rundle as Ada Shelby-Thorne

Even before appearing in Peaky Blinders, Sophie Rundle has been working on projects, but this show turned out to be her breakout role. In the show, she appears as Ada Shelby-Thorne, and since the conclusion of her time with Peaky Blinders, she has appeared in multiple shows like Bodyguard, Gentleman Jack, and The Nest. Now, she is set to reprise her role as Ada in the Peaky Blinders movie cast. She will bring back the much-beloved dynamics between her and Thomas.

3. Ned Dennehy as Charlie Strong

Ned Dennehy became a renowned name after his appearance in Tyrannosaur (2011) and has appeared in renowned shows like Good Omens (2019). Talking about Peaky Blinders, Ned Dennehy appeared in the show as Charlie Strong, an uncle to Thomas but not biologically related. He worked at the docks and was of logistic importance to the Shelbys, and now, he is confirmed to appear in the cast of the Peaky Blinders movie.

4. Packy Lee as Johnny Dogs

Packy Lee appears in Peaky Blinders as Johnny Dogs, which was also the actor’s first major role. He stayed an integral part of the cast for all six seasons of Peaky Blinders and is a confirmed cast member for the upcoming movie. In the show, Packy Lee appears as Johnny Dogs, one of Tommy’s Romani cousins and also acts as the mediator for the wedding between John and Esme. In the movie as well, we might get to see Lee as an employee cum friend of Thomas, just like in the show.

5. Stephen Graham as Hayden Stagg

Stephen Graham will reprise his role of Hyden Stagg in the Peaky Blinders movie. In the show, he appears as a dockworker union leader and might return to the role in the movie. However, there are speculations that Stephen Graham might appear as Arthur Shelby since Paul Anderson is not yet confirmed to appear in the movie. Now, I’m not sure how fans would react to that, so let’s wait and see what happens.

6. Ian Peck as Curly

Ian Peck appeared in Peaky Blinders as Curly, who was a rather minor character in the show. He used to work at the stable and was also the ferry boat steward working under the Shelbys. He might not be a very important character, but he is close to Thomas and the other Shelbys and is almost like family to them. Ian has been confirmed by Netflix to appear in the Peaky Blinders movie cast.

7. Barry Keoghan In an Unknown Role

Barry Keoghan is a phenomenal actor who hails from Ireland and has been cast in the Peaky Blinders movie. However, as of now, his role is under wraps, but the Peaky Blinders Movie will mark Keoghan’s reunion with Cillian Murphy after they worked together in Dunkirk.

8. Tim Roth In an Unknown Role

Tim Roth is a veteran actor with a number of super successful projects under his belt. He rose to fame after his role in Reservoir Dogs, where he appeared as Mr. Orange. Now, he has been included in the Peaky Blinders movie cast, so there is a massive chance that his character is going to be of importance. As far as my guess goes, there is a chance that he might appear in a rather negative role.

9. Jay Lycurgo In An Unknown Role

Jay Lycurgo is an emerging actor and has not appeared in a lot of projects. His most notable role so far is that of Tim Drake/Robin in DC Titans. Even though his role is being kept under wraps, appearing in the Peaky Blinders movie might turn out to be the actor’s big break.

10. Rebecca Ferguson In An Unknown Role

Rebecca Ferguson is a well-known name in the industry. She rose to fame after her breakout role in Mission: Impossible: Rogue Nation(2015) and since then, has had a massive career as an actress. Just like the above-mentioned actors, her role in the Peaky Blinders Movie is unknown so far, and we will have to wait some more time to find out about it.
