According to the report, the LG G7 ThinQ is rumored to launch sometime next month and is currently in its early stages of testing in the US. The device showcased in the images carries the model number LG-G710 and features a 6.1-inch bezel-less display with the dreaded notch. The device appears to be packed inside an unremovable plastic case for testing, but the front of the device is completely bare.

As rumored earlier, the device also features an extra button which is expected to be a dedicated AI button for LG’s own digital assistant. Currently, the company has released no information regarding the extra button or whether it will allow users to remap it, but we sincerely hope that they do. Screenshots received by TechRadar also reveal that the LG G7 ThinQ will be powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 845 processor coupled with 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage.

Screenshots of benchmark scores reveal that the device will undoubtedly be among the top devices of this year. The G7 ThinQ scored 252,473 on AnTuTu which is currently only bested by the Sony Xperia XZ2. However, TechCrunch adds that the device in the image is running a pre-release software, so the benchmark results might vary upon release. It’s worth noting that the images released by TechCrunch are in line with leaked renders released by OnLeaks and MrPhone earlier this month.
