Lenovo Cardio 2 Featured

There’s no dearth of great fitness bands available in India, and well, here’s one more to add to that list. I am talking about the new Lenovo Cardio 2, which has just been launched in India. So, what does the new fitness band from Lenovo offer? Let’s take a look at the details:

Price and Availability

The Lenovo Cadio 2 has been priced at Rs. 1,499 in India and it is available exclusively on Amazon. The band is only available in a single Black variant, and there are different cashback offers available with the device. There’s Rs. 50 cashback if you pay via Amazon Pay UPI, you can get a 5% instant discount using an HSBC cashback card and you can get Rs. 15 cashback if you place an order to a pickup point.

Lenovo Cardio 2 Specs and Features

The Lenovo smart band comes with a 0.87-inch OLED display, but it’s not a color display like the Honor Band 4 or the upcoming Mi Band 4, so that’s a little disappointing. The band comes with a Nordic 52832 processor, which uses on-chip adaptive power management system, and brings features like Bluetooth 5.0.

Apart from that, the Lenovo Cardio 2 comes with the 5ATM rating, which makes the device water resistant up to 50 metres. It also has a 100mAh battery that is said to last up to 20 days and it can be charged with the builtin USB charging port.

The fitness band also comes with the usual features like dynamic heart rate monitoring, smart notifications, multiple sports modes, sleep monitoring, reminders and more. It pairs up with the Lenovo Life app to bring you all the details and the tracking.

Can Lenovo take on Xiaomi and Honor?

The Lenovo Cardio 2 seems like a capable fitness band with all the features you need but the Lenovo band is competing with the likes of the Honor Band 4 and the upcoming Mi Band 4, so the lack of a color display, or multiple band colors/designs is definitely a bummer.
