How to Start Arc Raiders Music Puzzle in Buried City

The music puzzle’s starting point and the entire puzzle are within the Buried City in Arc Raiders and were added with the Cold Snap update. To start it, just start from button one. Yes, you must go from button 1 to 15 to complete this puzzle, and you can start it right away. So, without wasting any time, let us jump into the red button locations for the music puzzle in Arc Raiders.

Arc Raiders Music Puzzle Button Locations (In Order)

Now that you have started the puzzle, you can complete it by finding buttons and interacting with them. There are a total of 15 red buttons in Arc Raiders for this puzzle. If any player on the server interacts with a random button, breaking the order, the whole puzzle will reset. Moreover, if you are playing at a party, you can break the locations into three parts and complete the music puzzle faster.

Plaza Rosa Apartment – Button 1

Go to the apartment building in Plaza Rosa (often where the Security Breach is). Head up to the upper floor, go through the demolished wall, through the dining room, and into the kitchen. The button is near the cupboard at the end.

Galleria Underground – Button 2

Head to the Galleria. Use the zipline to descend to the bottom/underground area. The button is near some shelves.

Warehouse Roof – Button 3

The third button is located on one of the edges of the map. Climb the ladder to the roof of the Warehouse. Move to the back side of the building; the button is hidden between some machines.

Marano Park Shop – Button 4

Find the abandoned shop building in Marano Park. Inside, check around the shelves for the button.

Grandioso Apartments (Top Floor) – Button 5

Go to the South Building of Grandioso Apartments. Use the zipline inside the building and head to the top floor. Go out onto the balcony, smash the glass to re-enter a different room, and check behind the sofa.

Piazza Arbusto Tower – Button 6

Climb the tower in Piazza Arbusto and look for the roof with a solar panel. The button is located right on the outside ledge of the tower.

Abandoned Bus (Near Library) – Button 7

North of the Library, locate an abandoned bus (the one that often spawns a weapon case). The button is inside near a seat. The bus is in the middle of open areas, so expect some ARCs to swarm you when they detect you.

West Village / Town Hall House – Button 8

West of the Town Hall, look for a house with a large crack in the wall/missing wall section. You can easily identify this building by locating a coffee table outside. Enter through the crack, take the left, go to the bedroom, and find the button beside the bed.

Buried Properties – Button 9

In the Buried Properties area (the eastern part of the map), find a completely broken building. Climb the metal stairs under the building; the button is between some shelves and an electrical cart (looks similar to a Field Depot).

Hospital – Button 10

The tenth button is located inside the Hospital building. Enter the Hospital and head to the bottom of the main staircase (near the Metro entrance). The button is tucked under the stairs behind a bunch of yellow signposts.

Broken Bridge (Highway) – Button 11

Go to the Abandoned Highway where the bridge is broken in half and has fallen onto a building. Drop down from the broken area onto the roof of a house below. The music puzzle red button is located to your left, near the rubble.

Church Ruins – Button 12

Walk up to the buried building roof on the West side of the Church Ruins. The button is hidden behind a ventilation chimney.

Santa Maria Attic – Button 13

Head to the Santa Maria houses in the Old Town area. This will be on the west side of the final room for the music puzzle in Arc Raiders. Go to the top floor and use the zipline to reach the Attic. The button is up there, hidden beside cardboard boxes.

Tower near Piazza Roma – Button 14

Locate the small tower just East of the Warehouse (near Piazza Roma/Marano Station). It will be in quite an open space, so expect some third-party action. Check inside the tower for the 14th red button.

Red Tower / Final Secret Door – Button 15

The final button is located near the Red Tower in Old Town. It is on the ground floor entrance with the broken door, the building adjacent to the Plaza Rosa Pharmacy. This is where the secret door for the Arc Raiders music puzzle itself is located. Once you press this final button, it triggers the fireworks and opens the rewards door.

While you can find the locked door behind which the Guitars and Shakers are available early, it only unlocks after solving the puzzle.
