Fortnite announced the Jinu skin as part of the roadmap for the game’s Love and Legends update in celebration of Valentine’s Day. While players were expecting Jinu to just be available in the Fortnite Item Shop, Epic provided players with an opportunity to earn the new skin through the Fortnite K-Pop Demon Hunters Cup. This tournament took place on February 6, 2026, with players needing to place high in the cup to get the Jinu skin for free.
