You can access the event’s rewards page directly from the home screen, and upon entering it, you’ll find a vending machine with two separate rows. The free costume is in one of the cans placed in the top half. There’s a bit of RNG involved here as the skin’s placement is randomized.

To open the items in the vending machine’s Standard row, you’ll need to collect Snack Silver currency. This can be earned by playing matches or exchanging Units. If you’re sticking with the free tier, you’ll need just seven Snack Silvers to have a guaranteed chance of getting the Jeff Business Shark Skin. Of course, if luck is on your side, you could get the costume in your very first can.
